I wanted to understand how does LTA and Bonus work in any company.
My question is - Is LTA and Bonus a part of the CTC and can they be added in the CTC during the increment and reduce the take home of an employee. or is it a perk which the employee is been provided by the company.
is there any law pertaining to the same. if so kindly suggest.
