Dear Teresh
Without any iota of doubt, its a Fake letter. Such scams have been going on the Net for quite some time.
See this thread:
https://www.citehr.com/312111-one-mo...le-beware.html
Reputed companies (and for that matter any company) does not ask candidates to give money in lieu of employment.
You can contact the company or take necessary legal actions so that the guilty are brought to book and other gullible job-seekers are not cheated.
Warm regards.,

Dear Teresh...
Please do not think to response that email if they are asking to deposit any amount for job interview,as no esteemed company even no reputed H.R Consultancy agency asks to deposit a single rupee from candidate or job seeker....
Its all about offering lucrative offers to job seekers ,such people send bilk mails to job seekers and if 20-30 of them any how belive on them and deposit the money then they are in profit and successfull in their frodgery plan..
So do not respond to.such mails now or not in.future and must aware your friends and known one for.same.
If you wish you can consult lawyer also to give notice to the company.
Keep trying..soon you eill be in job...
Take Care

Hello Teresh,
Like the other members pointed-out, this is an ABSOLUTE Fake--just ignore the mail & don't even respond even with a 'not interested' reply.
Quite often, this is another way to figure-out the 'active' mail IDs in a BIG list which such crooks manage to get from the many mail ID vendors all around us.
Also, you could have figured it out BY YOURSELF--just see the mail ID mentioned in the Letter [shinzonakanishijob@live.com]. Doesn't this strike you that NO company will have a general/public-domain mail ID for official use?
All one can say is: the crooks seem to be getting smarter by the day--going by the other contents of the letter [like air tickets, deposit being refundable, etc].
All the Best.

TS

Dear Taresh,
If you want to help others in this matter its a good opportunity for you. kindly contact Maruti suzuki's HR personnel send them the fake mail and details so that they can take further action on it and you will not have to take any headache.
In public intrest they will definately take some action I feel so.............even though they dont take any action you will be always happy to take such a step for helping others from such fraud mails.
Think and decide........
