Form XIX-A under Maharstar Rules has been deleted in 2000 and Form XXI is the Annual Return to be sent by the principal employer to the Registering officer by 31ecember. B.Saikumar Mumbai

Dear Mr.Kulakarni ,
As per Contract labour act 1970 there are some registers to be maintained ,the registers u have asked for will fall under these.
Muster Roll, Wages Register, Deduction Register and Overtime Register by Contractor
. Every contractor shall Maintain Muster Roll and a Register of Wages in Form XVI and Form XVII respectively when combined.
• Register or wage-cum-Muster Roll in Form XVII where the wage period is a fortnight or less.
• Maintain a Register of Deductions for damage or loss-Form XX, Register of Fines -Form XXI and Register of Avances Form XXII respectively.
• Maintain a Register of Overtime in Form XXIII.
• To issue wage slips in Form XIX to the workmen at least a day prior to the disbursement of wages.
• Obtain the signature or thumb impression of the worker concerned against the entries relating to him on the Register of wages or Muster Roll-Cum-Wages Register.

Dear Mr.Kulakarni ,
Even we do have biometrics and other softwares for attedance.We have to update Form 25(Muster roll).Otherwise it will be a compliance for Inspector of Factories/Labour.
The below are the few registers to be maintained by princiapal employer for Staff.
Form 25 (Muster roll)
Form 15 (Register of leave with wages)
Form 7(Bonus return)
OT Register
Form 12 (Resister of contractors)
Even we are using each software for each,these registrs has to be maintained.
Please any oe suggest me , i have missed a few registers.
Dear Kulakarni --all the registers will be available at law books stalls.

if it is, then please help me how to make entries and other things about FORM 15.
