Thanks for the reply and apologies for late response.
Everyone of us are good at thinking out of box but due to work pressure and deadlines none of most of them are opening up their thought process which is again effecting their work completion.This is increasing their dependency on others.
So please suggest some simple and small activities which i can implement.I am planning to do these activities suddenly without prior intimation to them as surprise.

Hi Madhu,
I take in this way - Please organise get-together on every weekends. Introduce any new joinings if ay. Later on dicuss about the prolems or unsolved issues they are facing, so that everyone activey participates by means we can find solutions to the problems and also creativity develops.
