Dear Seniors,
I am working as Asst. Manager (EHS). I am been assigned a task of upgrading EHS of suppliers. In that I am been asked for following things:
(1) EHS Supplier audit
(2) PPE standardisation at Supplier's end
(3) Supplier common guaranteed programmes
Please guide me if any one of you had experience of similar initiatives.
Regards and thanks,
Habeeb S.

Dear Mr Habeeb,
Details provided by you in the query are inadequate.
Still the following points might help you to get prepared.
1.0 In the first place does your company have an EHS policy.
2.0 What are the points covered in the policy with respect to suppliers?
Then you can concentrate on the following for auditing your suppliers.
a) Does the supplier have an EHS policy in place, duly approved by competent authority?
b) Is the supplier committed to follow all applicable statutory laws ?
c) What are the valid quality certifications does the supplier have?
d) Is the supplier committed not to deploy Child labour?
Points 2 and 3 of your message needs elaboration.
