Please indicate the minimum wage followed for job contract piece rate employees
(1) For the retired persons .
(2) Persons who work by practice with out ITI qualification
(3) Is the money normally deducted if the Tiffin & Tea worth Rs 20 and Meals worth Rs 30 served by force because , it is served to regular employees .
(4) Being Govt company regular employees run machines only for 5 to 5 1/2 hours in a shift of 8 , leaving 1/2 hr each at the start and end of shift . 1/2 to 3/4 hr for Tiffn & Tea and 1 to 1 1/4 hr for lunch against 1/2 hr standard and this effect is also their on Piece rate Job contract employees also . And they request to fix Piece rate to fix as per 5 hrs shift . Please suggest the practice followed in industry in general .
This is because we compete with private industry , where employees work for 7 1/2 hrs to 8 hrs in a 8 1/2 hours shift and their they run 2 machines , against one machine in ours and some times 2 persons .
