Can any one help me to get registered with professional tax registration for chennai location...
We have started our office in the year 2007 since then I've been trying to get the required formalites but I am left with no answer.
Kindly help me with the required formalities and forms.

Dear Hari
It is more than 5 years since the establishment is started. If you are going for PT registration now, you need to pay the arrears from 2007 with penalty.
Documents required for obtaining PT & Company Tax Assessment Numbers
Documents / Details required
Copy of MOU/MOA
Rental agreement of Chennai branch
List of employees & their total gross income (April to September & October to March)
Statutory / licence fees
Deductions as per PT slab given by the corporation
Company Tax – RS. 1000/-
It should be paid once in every six months
