The Employee Welfare Committee is a benefit that will cost the employer. The Welfare Committee adds the employee's personal and professional life to count. ome employees are taken into the commitee who may assign value to the welfare programs.
Steps;
- Select a limited employee from a group, they may benefit the commitee in providing different ideas of work improvement.
- Company should provide some benefits directly to the employees, such as extra training, mentoring and workplace programs that help build their skills and abilities.
- Employer's may also pay the employees on professional development through employee reimbursement programs.
- You may also include specia schemes in benefit compensation which directly perks up for pay-for -performance system in which the best performers gets the bonus gusto.
- A program which says innovative ideas wins the best to recompense.
Employees and Employer together should feel committed and happy with the best benefits mutually associated to work.
