Hi Team, I have recently joined a company as Sr HR executive. I am in training and development. My concern is that my salary Break -up does not include PF benefits. Can it be impacting on my next job in any manner? Or Is it mandatory to take advantage of this facility. As of now, I do not want to indulge in this type of benefit. Because I am receiving the full amount of salary without deduction. If I force management for adding this benefit in salary Break-up. They will adjust the PF amount in the current CTC without contributing an extra amount from themselves. Can anyone help me out to take the necessary steps for future safety.

Dear Manindar singh,
From your descriptions I understand that your salary is above Rs.6500/- .Your company may do the same as you said in the later part if you insist on P F.The cut off rate Rs.6500/- set much before. Our Govt will Take its own time to rectify and update. It is better to solve the issue in side the department as you belongs to the same

Dear Maninder Singh,
Since you are working without deducting PF in your current job therefore it is not affect your job in future.
But for future savings PF deduction from your salary is a good wealth for future.

Hi Mahinder,
If your basic salary exceeds Rs. 6500/- your are exempted from PF. Then it will become optional. But PF is mandatory for below 6500/- basic. In your case there will be no problem. But company should have collected on EPF exempted form (i, think it is form11) from and file it.
