Can anyone please tell me what do we get when we get the points or what is done with our points earned at each posting? I tried to search this in CiteHr Quick search option but could not find it??

Hi Rekha,
The points are only to measure the most active members. The points system is also used to promote members from one rank to the other - as they earn points. A few things that will soon be added will be dependant on the point system.
* CiteHR Certificates
* Quick projects for students to work with HR pro's - to gather experience by working on small online internships. Certificates will be issued on successful completion.
These are just some of the things where the points will decide your standing with CiteHR.
