Congrats !!! for first job in your career. Binu, could you tell me detailed information : what post they have recruited you? In your company, is there any HR Dept is already existing ? What is responsibilities they have given to u? How many peoples are working ? to whom u r reporting ? What is your background qualification ? How many departments have in your company ? What are the systems ( Admin & HR) did they currently follow in your company?
