Dear Manjuunatha,
I appreciate your concern about the health of your employees, Generally in chemical plants : for loading or unloading, for taking chemical into processes i.e batch charging or in cenrtifuging we provide jaguary and milk.................these are the best to neturlise the effect of chemicals.
Further it is very crucial that any employee to be deputed on the chemical processes must not be empty stomach. The point is that they must take breakfast..............lunch and dinner as per their scheduled time while they are working on the chemical processes. They must adhere to the safety instructions and wear adequate PPE's.
For your reference I am attaching MSDS of the said chemical.
Take care.

Dear Manjunath,
According to me this problem is to be eliminated by adopting good Engineering controls.
Why should the concentration increase?
What is the TLV limit.
If TLV limit exceeds, then it is a non-compliance.
Dear Ramesh,
Thanks for sharing MSDS. We never use potassium permangate.
I got some inputs from your post.
thanks & regards,
Sudhir
