Are all KRA's measurable? if yes then i also need the formula which can support the KRA and measure the same in terms of percentage.

All KRA's are measurable e.g
KRA Manager engineering
1. Maintenance of machine
2. Erection and Commissioning of Machines
3. Power optimization
For each KRA ,specific KPI are made to monitor and evaluate performance
1. Maintenance of machine 100%
A. On time maintainance.100%
B. 100% reliability
C. Breakage at Minimal level
D. Maintainanace cost minimization
Above is the example for which you can fix
Target Level
Entry Level
Minimum Level
for each KPI.
