1 positive
2 negative
in positive motivation you can motivate them in monetary benefits, Recognition, new incentive schemes, new welfare schemes like tour,visits,etc
In negative motivation like warning letters, deductions,penalty,etc,
Now you have to choose from..

You can try some thing like an outing for the Kids of your employees. It can be an educational tour or fun outing. Or you can also take them to an orphanage where they can spend time with other kids and you can conduct a game show for all the kids. But while taking them to orphanage, please make sure that their parents are given proper instructions to accompany the kids. You can also issue a company sponsored t-shirts to all the kids to maintain uniformity.
Apart from this, based on your employee strength you can hold some events/initiatives like Face painting, Health Magic etc.
