Dear all,
Am in the confused stage,i have to take a decision which is going to make my life brighter. In my office they are one more person is handle the admin related duties he is not educated but his experience is 5 yrs i dont mine that .what am going to say is, my roles in my company is very less and most of the time am simply idle and sometimes my superiors are send me to handle the reception duties,am not happy with that too.And i have one year experience in HR field.what can i do now shall i resign this job....?my boss doesn't consider me as a person.Am not happy with this company.

You should first discuss it with your manager and define your position.
Request for a clear Job description from your manager describing your role; responsibilities,duties etc.
If you are not happy with your work and feel that you are underutilized; then there is no growth professionaly and you will lose your skill and motivation to work.
My advice is be proactive; and request your manager to give you task that are challenging and deliver it.
