Please let me know all the laws to be learned and be thorough with for the Hr executive to enter the plant.please suggest me on what kind of homework to be done by me before entering the site. Hi Santosh, there you can get every thing whatever you wants know. now it depends on you where to start and with what you wanna start. I would suggest that you should first go thru all the bare texts of all relevant Acts. To mention a few:Industrial Disputes Act,1948,Industrial Employment(Standing Orders)Act,Contract Labour,1972 etc.
For detailed study of case law in ID Act,read Commentary
by Mr.O P Malhotra.
