Hai,
I got a job in Hr recently in an IT firm to which I look forward to joining shortly. The company hired me on the condition that I would be considered a trainee(as I'm a fresher <2012 pass out> and dont have any experience in the field) and would be paid the stipend alone during the first three months. I'm not aware of MY FUTURE SALARY also I will have to work in UK shift. I was selected from among a whole lot and I'm pretty confused what to do. Is it right, that too at this early stage to ask about my future salary and whether I would be alloted to morning shift timings in future. If so how do I put forward the matter to them.Could you guys resolve this matter plzz....

Hello NNN,
Being a Fresher, suggest focus on your CURRENT role first & gather experience. Like the saying goes: A bird in-hand is worth two in the bush.
Future salaries are decided by YOUR performance. As a thumbrule, no company likes to loose those who perform & show results. So once you prove yourself, things will fall into place--and in the worst-case-scenario [if you aren't given your due], you will then have an option of moving to a better job, commensurate to your skills at that point of time.
Also, in general, try NOT to focus excessively on money for first 2-3 years of your career--i.e., if you want settle career-wise. gather as much experience as the job allows you to. If this is only a stop-gap activity, for whatever reason(s), then this may not apply.
All the Best.

first 3 months is not a long time
you are a fresher and have no experience
why do you wish to negotiate.
Instead, get a clarification on what will be the salary you will be eligible after that, whether you will always be in this shift and what parameters you will need to meet at the end of the 3 months.
