I would like change my current job, I am MBA in HR(Distance Learning), I have 10+ Year Exp. of IR DEPT ( I will take care of all statchutory compliance under factory Act 1948. + BOCW Act1996+Contract labour Act.1970+WC Act.1923+ESIC Act.1948,EPF Act.1952,BONUS Act.1965, MINIMUM WAGES Act.1948 + Etc Etc..........
