Please guide me if Half Yearly Return under Factory Act is applicable in West Bengal State. What is the last date of submission in July?

As per the factory act 1948 last date of half yearly on 15th july 2012. But 15th july is sunday so for this year 13th is the last date. Warm Regards Abhijit Barua 9804404138
