A GOOD ONE.But one doubt. You say a Leader gives credit!! Suppose a follower requires money, will the leader give a credit (= loan)? It would be better if this is substituted by"Appreciates others". This is my personal opinion. Consult other well informed members and then decide.
Don't take it seriously, it is all in lighter vein!!

@ MJS: Thanks for your response to my thread. Here the word 'credit' is to meant as recognition or praise, not as any payment. Good dictionaries convey both the meanings for 'credit'. I appreciate your point.
