Dear All,
I have been working on franchise model in SS Fasteners industry wherein I am assigned with work on developing Training Program for Franchise.
During my research on the same I have come across certain points which are quit important while developing such program viz..
1. Operational Manual
2. Training Module
3. Test for competence
Etc,
"Here I am facing difficulty how to prepare Operational Manual or who would be the concern people (In house) who can actually help me preparing the same."
As they say Operational Manual has the core value in developing the Franchise Training Program.
Please help me get into details of the same and solving the question highlighted.
Regards,
Vijay Gangarde,

Dear Vijay,
In Operations Manual, you have to list out the sequence of operations. Within operations, find out how many departments/sections/sub-sections are there. You nee to put into sequence each activity.
Secondly, you need to list out daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual or any other activities.
In operations manual, you need to clarify who will do, what that position will do, where they will do, how much they will do, which resources they can consume etc.
You will get support from Ops Manager for the preparation of Ops Manual.
Ok...

Hi Dinesh,
Thanks for quick response.
The points are quite educative.
There are certain that I understood specially in Clarificaton one , they are:
1: Who will do-Ans-Sale and Marketing Mnager, Project Manager
2: What that position will do-Ans-Business process information, Product portfolio, Sales Process, Brand Position, Branding and Promotions, etc.
3:Where they will -Ans- HQ or Onsite.
The point that needs more clarifcation which I am unable to understand are:
1. How much they will do?
2.Which resources they consume?

Vijay Gangarde,
