Dear Seniors,
PF office is asking to attach the form % & 10 along with the PF Transfer form no. 13. Please suggest me weather itts a new amendment or already running practice?
Please attach the formats for Form 5 & 10( Excel Format) for ref.
Thanks!!

Form 5 - 10 is for new joined and left employee in last month and so form 13 is 'not to withdraw p.f. from past/last establishment' so when employee submit form 13 to new joined establishment then H.R. Dept of new joined company has to put his name in form 5 as new joined employee with form 13 as last employed pf to transfer to new joined establishment.
Its called form 5-10 because it front-back printed on single page.
You can collect form 5-10 and other forms from p.f. office.

FYI
Take Form 5 ,10(Search Option) and Beak up details of Non-Contribution days during the EPF service period from previous Employer and enclosed to the Transfer Form-13 R and to process from the present Employer
