Wont be able to reply untill you clarify as to what you mean by "Loan Letter".
Is the company giving any loan to the employee or is it an undertaking by the company for deduction of loan EMI or is it outstanding amount against the loan given by the company ?
Please give complete details so that we can be of help to you.
