My application for Pension fund withdrawal was ejected saying that I should apply for scheme certificate. I have completed 10 years in the organization before I resigned. I am not employed now and I am 53. Along with 10C, I think I need to provide Family member, age and address proof. What is acceptable as proof for this ? Will Passport pages of each of them do ?

For those completed 9 years and six months are eligible for pension. Accordingly withdrawal benefit is not applicable. Hence scheme certificate is advisable.
As you are not in service you can apply for pension also. But for each year below the age of 58 years, 4% will be deducted on pensionable amount.
