Hey guys, I'm currently doing my internship in HR. my project is HR generalist and this week I was asked to prepare innovative and new training ppt. So far I've made grooming ppt, stress management ppt, email etiquettes ppt, telephone etiquettes, etc. but now I need some fresh and new topic to make a presentation on.
I'll be really glad if you guys help me out with some ideas and presentations.
Thanks.

Hi Kritika,
Sometimes the answers can be found in the trail of the question itself.
Get to the root cause of why have you been asked to prepare an innovative and new training ppt.
Since the organization would have certain result expected from this activity ask what is the business requirements and objectives that have to achieved through this exercise.
Also innovative might change from one company to another.
Once you have the answers for these questions you would definitely get your answers, otherwise we are always here to help each other out.
Regards,
Rajiv
