Best way to iron out issues with your Boss is to have open communication....this applies to both, the boss and the employees. One of the causes of dissatisfaction is not able to communicate or vent out the issues, the internal load of carrying issues ultimately comes out in other forms like attrition, absenteeism, not following orders etc...
