There will be a new scheme at Bihar State i.e. compensation under social security of unorganized labour apart from ESI, BOCW & WC.
The labour need to enlist their name at local labour office.
And the compensation amount will be paid by Labour Department.

State government of Bihar launched the Unorganized Sector Workers and Artisans Social Security Scheme at a function organized in the month of March 2012 to mark Bihar centenary.
Workers between 18 and 65 years working in unorganized sectors, will be covered under this scheme.
Dependents of a worker who dies in an accident will be given Rs 1 lakh and Rs 75,000 in case of injury leading to disability. Rs 30,000 will be given in case of natural death. Children of those working in 88 types of unorganized sectors will be given a monthly stipend of Rs 1,200 to study in industrial training institutes (ITI) or polytechnics.
This scheme will benefit over 50,000 workers currently engaged in construction field.
