hi
i am b tech fresher and i have signed a bond of 2.5 years with a company which includes 6 months training and a job confirmation after those 6 months. bond is worth 3 lakh and signed on rs 10 non judicial paper.
It says the that the trainee has taken a loan from the company for the training and if the trainee leaves or is terminated by the company, they are liable to recover the amount.
apart from that a stipend of rs 5000 is being paid to trainees out of which rs 600 is being deducted as PF though we do not have any account. It is paid in cash.Training is worth less. just spending time in front of system. after 1 month of my joining some trainees join my team with a different offer letter and a different bond clause, when i took up this issue to HR he humiliated me and talked to me in a misbehaving manner. after this my HOD told me that if u hav issues working here i can relieve you of the bond.but when i dropped my resignation i was threatened about the bond though i got a relieving letter subject to the clauses of the bond. soon i also received a letter stating that I have some over due amount on my account. please help me...I just left because I was frustrated not because I got some good opportunity. I dint even completed my training period.
help me out regarding what can I do in this situation

What kind of clause is mentioned in the BOND?
Are you saying that you do not hold a PF account and still the deductions are happening? In such case the company is commencing a fraud.
What kind of letter did you receive, is it a legal notice?
Need to know more.

thanks for showing the concern
out of the many clauses....one of em says that if you are terminated then also the company can recover the money from the trainee...this clause was changed for the later joined trainees to which I opposed.
another clause says that trainee has requested to bear the expenses of the training which the company is paying as a loan to the trainee. is it possible that without my knowledge a loan can be taken just by signing a bond paper.
we get stipend in cash and some amount of PF is deducted....which we get after some time of our confirmation. When I asked about my PF number they did not disclosed it.We do not hold any account with the company
since i was out of town i did not receive the letter...but it wasn't a legal notice.
while leaving I was threatened about signing a bond and taking this to court.
I seriously feel this company is not safe for woman considering this humiliation and some other instances.
i wish to stand against this injustice but then i dont want myself to get dragged to courts and all this stuff.
Please advice

I suggest that you relax and do not panic. All this should have been thought about before signing the bond.
And if someone has misbehaved with you - that could have been brought to the notice of others.
However, since you have signed the Bond you are liable to it. The best way I would recommend that the best way to sort out the issue would be to approach the organization and talk this out.
Instead of reactive approach you take a proactive approach to resolve this.
Since you have been with the organization for only a month, they might be liberal.

Thanks for your advice on this matter
As far as misbehavior is concerned, company has cognizance of this matter....but not writing in mail was my fault.
and I worked here for 5 months...dnt knw how much liberty can I avail.
I will try to sort this out on an amicable note.
Thanks

hi
I found a registered AD from the company which stated my unauthorized absence from my duties...which is not true .It is also says that I need to visit the office and pay the bond amount or legal action will be taken.this letter was found lying near my house may be received by security personnel received . it is an unsigned letter from their side from the HR.
meanwhile I have dropped them a mail stating my reasons for resignation and telling them that I can rejoin if given a training.
what should be done...wait for the reply to the mail or go to the office.
Is it serious or just a formality from the organization.
Sir please guide
