Also before drafting such a proposal, you will also have to keep in mind the budget allocation for the same from Management if they are willing to cough up the estimate mentioned in your proposal.
Alternatively you can also conduct some monthly recreational activities by conducting a few games etc. May be you can have a fun committe in place which organises for some activities every month.
