Hi Dilip,

Very good suggestions... Thanks for posting.

But, generally, I feel Trainers (no offense) need to concentrate more on what THEY speak during the training sessions, most of the times they go on speech of flow in vain that they themselves do not remember the gist of many of the sentences they have used covering the subject. It not only leads to confusions and arguments which end up with no good conclusion but a permanent dissatisfaction and obscurity in the listeners mind. Not just understanding the audience but coordination with them is a must. And hammering with the explanations is for no good unless it doesn't idle the things but clobbering with different juices and colours which leads to learning with enjoyment in the pragmatic sense.

I have attended such training sessions, gods, it just go on and on and on and on with the ppt presentation with just the letters and somewhere different font colours!! you start regretting to neglect reading books which are far faaaar informative and interesting!! But yeah, there were few best such in-house/classroom training sessions also.........
