Dear Sir,
In our CTC components, we have LTA & Medical reimbursement.
As we know that For LTA we are considering Calendar year and For Medical, we are considering Financial Year.
My question is that what should be standard procedure for taking benefit of this components??????
My another question is, please find herewith excel sheet for the calculation of LTA.

Dear Parimal
As a matter of fact the LTA is for every year or block of two years. You can claim the same upto 31 Mar 2012 for the period from 01/01/2010 to 31/12/2011. For 2012, you have to claim separately after 01 Apr 2012.
