Involve all section heads during th floor walks or site visits for a brief duration, preferably, in the morning session. Pon

Floor walk is a best way to meet the employees and this can be stramline as below,
The floor walk should be at the beggining of your shift
Before having your seat in your office floor walk should be done.This is because in morning your thinkng and understanding capicities are at your highest level.
Ask employee with smile about How are you? Ask also about his family members and family events if any.
If any employee returns back after leave,ask him about vacation days.
If any employee recovered from diseases/injury ask him how he feels now and what treatment he got.
This hallo of yours will increase the sense of belongingness among employees and they will surely put more efforts to their jobs.
If any employee asks any qurey in the round just ask him to meet in his office.Do not pass more time for a single employee.
All hallows should be withing 1 or 2 minutes only.
Try this regulary you will get better resluts.

Its the prerogative of the process owner to keep this either open as 'Walk the Talk' or make it formal. My suggestions are wide as of now. Please help me understand a little more about your process.
Aim for maximum interaction through rapport building. Keep the environment open and warm, so that employees are happy to meet up and learn from each other.
Involve the most engaging leader who knows the achievements of every project and can connect with the concerns easily without raising any alarm.
Include people from cross-functional teams and department, specially with a non-reporting relationship.
Cherish the learnings from the sessions managed earlier , to reinstate the message with all the preceding groups.
Create memoirs such as a live bulletin board or even a collage to capture the best of inputs.
Do share where my suggestions are not aligned to what you were requesting for. Looking forward to hear from you

We have floor walk as in we go to the floor and met the employees , it is a very casual meeting , where in we try to get the pulse , resolve the queries.
In terms of when i say streamlining the process , i want to know what all can we do in making a much better process , we are in the process of having a SOP for the same. I will be really glad if you can provide your inputs on the same.
