I am attaching revised Form 27 (annual return) under Factories Act in Maharashtra as notified on 3.1.2012. It is to be filed by all factories in the State electronically by 10th January each year.

Dear All
Can any body help in making the Annual Factory Return, how it is calculated and complied
Secondly if i have the Offroll staff do i need to put them also in the count if they have not been declared before what is the right way of declaring the return
How is the mandays calculated including CL, PL, and ML

Dear PCA, Thanks for form 27 of Factory Act. As per the notification dated 03.01.2013 the annual return to be submitted online. Kindly confim the aforesaid changes has been occured or not.
