Please suggest me title for the below drafted email. I will be sending this mail to my colleagues and will keep CC to my immediate reporting manager and to MD sir also.

This is to keep you informed that, from 2nd April 12 till 10th April 12, I will be coming to the office at 3.30pm.
Hence your requirements like quotations, proformas and POs and other related documents will be made after 3.30pm during these days.
You are also requested to forward me your daily reports by same day evening at 6.00 pm so that same day I can send clubbed report to the HO Pune office.
Hoping for cooperation from everyone. "
I was thinking to write Sub: Intimation of leave and change in reporting time.
Please suggest me title for this , thanks in advance.
