Hi, Can anybody tell me whether the govt. has officially declared holiday (Bandh) tomorrow, i.e. 16 feb 2012 ?

The holiday is mandatory, however it should be noted that only those who are eligible would be entittled. Those outside the voting (municipal limits) could come to work. Also those not interested could come to work.
