Dear All,
If a daily rates worker met with an accident & got expired then
what will be the formula for calculation of compensation under
Employees Compensation act in death case?
Suppose he was drawing Rs.250/- per day.
1) 250 x 30 = 7500
7500 x 50%= 3750 x relevant factor
2) 250 x 26 = 6500
6500 x 50%= 3250 x relevant factor
Kindly suggest which one is correct out of the above two.
Thanx,
Parag
