As i have told in my previous message that JD can not be written by an Individual without having concerns from the respective business managers
It is advisable to have discussions with the business managers and get the required information as to what are the core responsibilities of a particular position and then you may start tickle down each responsibility and frame it in a format
Hope it clarifies.....
