I have recently have career gap of 4 years. I worked for 6 years for some IT /software company afterwards due to family problem I lay low for 4 years. Now can I get IT/software job again? Even if i satisfy interviewers very well?
What should I tell about 4 years of recent job?
Or I shall get any software jobs in future for this 4 years gap?
Pls advise...

Well, first of all if you are still competent that will matters. About the break, come up with something that reflects moral and positive behaviour.

If you were engaged in some family commitment, try to relate that with your qualities of fulfilling obligation & taking responsibilities with priorities. There is no big priority than family.
Don't under-rate your self in an interview. Be confident and spoke without ant fear of being rejected. You can offer to go through an extended probation period to provide your suitability.
