@Dear Santosh, I also wanted to do the same but the fact that we cannot ignore is the development/changes by the Govt. Departments/Officials. We all know that the forms and their structures are subject to change that we can expect very soon because of this technological world and we are getting E-solutions.
Therefore, I decided not to add direct forms but weblinks. In addition, it would be good if one direct visit to the official websites of departments to get the required forms with every necessary and related information (Links has provided above) which enable us, and all to know every development being done by Officials.
This is a very good place and bulk of material available here, real life issues and discussions we are having daily, we share our knowledge, experience and learn but not everything can be put on this place, and I believe not to any other place actually.
Well, I‘d certainly like to express my thanks to you for suggestion.
