Dear All, Our Company wants to get registered under maternity benefit Act.please let me know how to proceed with it and which Form is to be filled up?

There is no necessary to register under this act. Pl. go through the act and extend the facilities to the eligible employees and maintain related recrods.
Under the maternity act if the employee is not covered under ESI they are eligible for all the facilities under the maternity benefit act. If the organization is covered under ESI act also the employees who are drawing more than Rs.15000/- are elgible for the benefits under this act.
