Dear All, I m working as a Manager - Admin & HR for a group of companies, under one company we opening one restaurant for which recruitment is going on from last 2 months and almost done, but new joiners have still not submitted recruitment-related basic documents like: ID proof, address proof ( permanent & temporary both), PAN card number, Employee joining form, experience letter.
They all are hired by one of my colleagues (who is hired on a contractual basis only to recruit and manage restaurant staff), on the basis of senior's(director) instruction.
I am waiting for all documents from last two months, now yesterday I had a word with my senior (director) on the same. They told me to give notice to them and to clearly mention that they will not be on company role and the company will not be responsible for any activities of those employees, they are like as daily worker for us.
So please help me to write this notice as i m not aware of so much legal words and i don't want to see our company in any trouble because of those employees.

Thanx Mr. Taksh and Mr. Thakkar for Sharing your views.
Mr. Taksh i have not issued any appointment letter to that staff and we can not hold their salary too Mr. Thakkar is right on this point.
Mr. Thakkar, 1) as i mentioned my colleague was handling the hold responsibility of recruitment of Restaurant staff, so i was totally out of loop in their recruitment process. He has issued offer letter to few of them. Now they are realizing their fault and i have to handle this issue now, as per their order.
2) I wanted to say "Daily wages worker" not "Daily Worker" that was a typing mistake.
Kindly suggest
