I would like to tell some basic information regarding ESI & EPF
ESI
Employee contribution 1.75%
Employer contribution 4.75%
On Gross wages.
Remittance last date 21st of every month.
Wages up to Rs.15000/- to be covered under ESI
Half yearly return Form -5
Submission last date : 11th Nov & 12th May
EPF
Employee contribution 12%
Employer contribution 13.61%
On Basic wages ceiling 6500/-
Remittance last date 15th of every month.
Annual return Form - 6A & 3A
Submission last date : 30th april
Settlement Forms - 19 & 10C
Transfer form - 13

Mr.Dilip Naik,
ESI to be covered only more than 10 employees working with power and more than 20 Employees working without power.And also if your factory or Establishment is located under ESI notified Area than only go for ESI registration , otherwise you can cover the employees under WC.
PF eligible for more than 20 employees.
