I am working with an edible oil industry at Rajasthan, India in operations dept. & i have read that shingo model of operational excellence. Apart form it i want the real & more practical definition of the same.

I have accessed that site only that day. I am a MBA graduate from a recognized institution & passed in June, 2011 & recently entered into a edible oil manufacturing unit. its a big scale industry. apart from oil processing, there is also bottle plant & jar plant is running for filling issue. As if now not a huge influence is there but in near future it will defiantly come across the way itself.
