I suggest systems would be a better choice for you..
since you are tech savy..understanding concepts would be much easier and also the market demand for HR + IT is very high, you might go for SAP very shortly...

You have not mentioned as to what is is your specialsiation in graduation , if you like finance , then opt for finance minors ,as it will help you to take a job in Compensaion and benefit structure , becoz not many students like to be assocasited with this function of HR , as well as you can lay your hands on Cost benefit analysis , when it comes to Recrutiment or any other function,( these being the latest trends in HR ) you could also be involved in Training budget analysis....
Systems yes , could be another good choice if you are a tech savy person.
Think twice before you make any kind of decision.......
