Dear Seniors,
Greeting...,
I would like to know how to handle strike of workers related above salary to minimum wages. What is the procedure to control the situation and what documentary will have to be prepared and maintained. My company is suffering from this problems and we have not maintained any documents till now. Our owner is trying to talk them verbally and in future warning letter could be issued to them. I will have to be maintain this procedure.
So, Plz help me out from this problems step by step.

Hi Bijender,
In my opinion you all need to be tactful. You can tell them that in the middle of a financial year their demand for salary hike cannot be met because it can only be revised at the beginning of a financial year, because budget should be prepared accordingly. Apart from that the Management can sit with the leader of the Union or the workforce and can discuss the same.
If the situation is worse then it will be preferable to seek help from police!!!!!

Dear Trishnita many thanks to reply me. We have already talked with them on it. But they are not agreed now we will have to taken documentary procedure. So, I need warning letter, Show case notice etc as per step by step in hindi. So, please help me ASAP.
