Hi All,
As all of us aware that Smartphone is the future for SMART Communication.
Many companies are in the Smartphone market and succeeding only on Smartphone selling.
Smartphone needs an Operating System like Android, iOS, Symbian, etc to run applications and to make a mobile phone a Smartphone.
Can we use this technology in HR Functions? Is anybody already using it for HR activities? Please share your experience or let us start discussing how we can put Smartphone is use for Smart HR performance?
Thanks

Greetings,
Large firms issue Blackberry rampantly for senior-level employees and HR, hence it might rank highest in terms of usage. However, smaller firms might depend on Android phones to manage costs and scale.
Specific usage of application and platforms such Sharepoint or xobni would remain limited sectors.
I attended a presentation by Mango Springs and found it effective in terms of inhouse social platform, not sure if they offer and mobile application for that.
