I do not know what PDGM is, but I like your presentation. It could be improved in its lay out (e.g. where and how the text is located on the slide). My main problem, however, is that I would like to see the sources where you got your information, definitions, thoughts from. At least on a last slide with references, or rather on each slide referring to the source....
