DEar Pramod,
Since you didnt mentioned about name change in company. I presumed that alongwith merger, the name must be changed. The follwing changes to be made :
1. Issue transfer letters to all employee about change in co. name , transfer of service conditions, salary changed/unchanged.
2. Change of name in PF, factory license, ESIC etc.
3. If any Long terms settlemetn with union, intimate them and conditions in LTS remain unchanged in new concern.
