At the moment legally you cannot disable yourself from no PF deductions. In PF if you are a member once you have to stay a member as long as you are working in that company. When you leave that company you can withdraw that money. So at the moment you cannot stop PF deduction.

As long as you are in employment, you are to be convered under EPF & MP Act, 1952 Even if your basic salary is above 6500 INR, your employer has every right to deduct PF from your salary, as if the base salary is Rs.6500/-.(Some companies are deducting PF based on actual basic- as an employee welfare measure and equally contribute employer's share to PF)
So you can not stop your PF deductions.
