Hi Simhan,
Thanks for replying!!!
But it seems to be more confusing after reading so many uploads on the HR ScoreCard....
Also if you could help me understand the difference between a HR Scorecard , A Dashboard and a Balance Score it would be great.
Regards

Dear Sneha,
I do not know whether you drive a car or not. Just like a car has a Dashboard, or more appropriately, an aircraft cockpit has a Dashboard displaying various parameters (height, speed, time, etc., Please see aircraft dashboard - Google Search ) every organisation can keep tab on its performance using various measures.
A Balanced Score Card (BSC)is a device that lists all the key factors importanct for the success of an organisation, grouped into 4 categories. Please see links in the sidebar.
A HR scorecard is a Balanced Scorecard prepared for the HR Dept, rather than for the whole organisation. Individuals can also prepare Personal BSCs, please see Personal Balanced Scorecard * 0070611793 * Rampersad, Hubert K * TATA MCGRAW-HILL <link updated to site home>

Dear Yashoda,
Please read the links provided, then post your understanding, and then ask whether you are on the right lines. That way we all learn more.
I know that working people have time constraints as opposed to a retired person.
Have a nice day.
